Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the product weight and dimensions of your order. We do not make any money on shipping but we do pass the cost on to the purchaser.
We do not ship to multiple addresses. You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
All of our products are handcrafted and most are made weekly to ensure that our customers receive the freshest products. As such, please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be packaged and shipped from the date your order is placed.
Just, Inc. only ships orders Monday-Friday and DOES NOT ship orders on National Holidays.

Cancellation and Return Policy
We do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been accepted and processed by our e-commerce store. If you have a question about your order, please contact us by completing the "Contact Us" form on our site and provide us your name and order number.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind. We cannot accept returns as we cannot resell them, because we are a personal care products company. Please choose your products carefully.
Some of our products are made with ingredients that allow the product to melt around body temperature. During some months, these products can get very warm in transit and could melt. Just, Inc. is not responsible if a product arrives melted, and in most cases you should be able to pop the products into the fridge and still be able to use them. Please note we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit. Also, keep in mind that if you put some of our products on or near a heat source or in direct sunlight they’re going to turn into liquid too, so please keep them place that or at or around room temperature.
